Shipping Rates

UK Mainland (Updated 21.06.17)

For large heavy items such as our furniture

ALL ORDERS OVER £500 ARE DELIVERED AND ASSEMBLED FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 100 MILES OF POSTCODE NR11 (thereafter we ONLY charge 0.50p per mile to your location plus any tolls or congestion charges).

Furniture

Single chairs or side table (not included within a set) are shipped individually at £11.00 per item. Units dispatched via myHermes are insured and require a signature. Delivery will be attempted up to three occasions, myHermes will also contact you during the delivery process.

1956 Thunderbird Patio & Lawn Sets & ALL Gliders

Please contact us via email for full clarification in relation to your individual location and circumstances.

Sets will be fully assembled on your behalf and delivered within 100 miles of our location inclusive, free of charge.

Gliders (individually) are set to £75.00 (default) Shipping Charge - this is actually mileage plus tolls & congestion @ 0.50p per mile from our location. To avoid any confusion please contact us before purchase.

NB Please let us know about any width restrictions you may have to access your garden, patio or outdoor area.

Over 100 miles from our location we charge 0.50p per mile thereafter plus any tolls or Congestion Charges.

 

Where possible we aim to deliver your items within 3-5 business days.

Our delivery service is bespoke and we are more than happy to work with our customers to find the best time and location suitable.

All Items are checked before shipping and then sealed with 'exclusive' swingOramic' packing tape. Please ensure your items do arrive with ONLY our branded tape ... please, if there turns out to be any missing items advise us if any other tape or repair has been carried out on any cartons. Thank You!


All items are insured, tracked and contact will be made with the customer prior to delivery.

A signature will be required and items will NOT be left on your property without a POD.


Rates are at cost and include a sufficient insurance premium to cover the product ordered and the various delivery alternatives.

For UK Highlands of Scotland, all Off Shore locations including Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland please email for current rates of shipping. We can ship, there are unfortunately surcharges above the quoted shipping rates, please enquire before ordering.

Small Items

Very small items will ship Royal Mail Large Envelope (1st Class Signed) at £2.37

Small Parcels, are currently sent via Royal Mail 1st Class at £4.45 with signature required.

Some of the signs and items of wider dimensions will ship with a courier service on a 'signed for basis' and this cost is £6.60.

We have a small rate shipping on items up to 0.5kg via Royal Mail to North America, Canada & Mexico at £7.70 ... larger items please contact us.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Once we have already sent the items to you, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Where is my order?
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days or more after completing your checkout, please contact us (please provide us with your name, email, order number, and phone number) and we can resolve the issue right away. 

How long does delivery take?
We aim to process and deliver items in stock within 3-5 working days from order date to virtually anywhere in the UK: to your home, place of work or any other address you wish to specify.

On occasion, there may be a small delay for reasons beyond our control (strikes, accidents, acts of God).  

Once items are ready to be shipped, we will send you an email notification to advise that your parcel has been dispatched. Following this you will be advised by Parcel Force, in order to complete the delivery.
